From Rich to Poor:
Oea's Mother died in childbirth and her father was put in prison when she was 10; she was all alone for awhile; but she soon realized she could use her ability for money; and soon became on of the richest people in New York and the Youngest Million. She enjoys extravagant things and has 3 mansions (though she only lives in one ); to her it is more about looking good

Hawkeye:
she is constantly threatened for her work and SHIELD often sends either Hawkeye or Natasha to protect her; though Hawkeye and her have slept together many times both are too proud to admit they actually care about the other (Hawkeye less so; and throws "joking" comments about them getting married)

Hawkeye's nickname for her is tails (because of the long strands of hair on that flow from her short hair)

she wears all original designs from Paris; expect when she is doing a favor for SHIELD then she wears an outfit that Nick deemed "apporaite" she still wears it even though it is 4 seasons past.
